Today we are inviting everyone to stand up and stop the monkey bullshit in your head! All of us in The Fab 5 have experienced not feeling good enough, imposter syndrome, and letting our insecurities make up false narratives in our heads - and we know we aren’t the only ones. 


Whether the monkey bullshit is in your career, relationship, or self-confidence, it can be hard to face. Think of all the times that you have made assumptions about what other people think of you. Now ask yourself, how much of that do you know is true? What opportunities did you miss out on or diminish your value, because you didn’t just face the bullshit assumptions? Stop assuming and ask questions!
