We've come to the Season 1 Finale! 

After reaching the Coney Island slipspace portal out of Brooklyn, Ty, Deirdre, Bryan, and Iris take refuge in an old freezer for the night. In her dreams, Iris relives a training session with Arawn and a terrible fight with Darling. Also an escape attempt from the Axis Mundi with Oliver Van Holland that Iris cannot recall ever having happened.

Shieldmaiden, in her Katie guise, recognizes a disguised Merlin John Baltimore at Bubbles and joins him at his table.

Still angry about losing both ORD and his Avalon hostages and looking for someone to take it out on, James raids a rival's drug lab in Queens.

Iris reforms the Wild Hunt with her friends at Bubbles.

After a grieving Iris withdraws into her own soulscape, Rigan meets with Rain in her place. 

With Rigan's help, Rain enters the soulscape to find Iris but encounters Darling instead, who leads Rain to the graveyard where her answers lie. 

Convinced she can't run from her fate, Iris returns to the physical world, having made an important decision.

Episode 5: Bubbles

     Seeking guidance regarding a missing soul, Iris visits the mystical ping-pong bar Bubbles. Its owner, Ty Kemble, known as the Sorcerer of Midtown, arranges a meeting between Iris and the oracular dragon Feng He'Yu -- "Rain" to her friends. 

     Noting that Iris is missing some crucial memories, Ty and bar manager Mallory Pruett (Iris's former neighbor and James's high school classmate) offer the use of a truth-revealing enchanted bar mirror to help Iris recover what's been lost. 

     After Iris retreats into her soulscape, Rigan finds herself in Iris's place in the physical world and reconnecting with Ty, with whom she has a long, sad history.

Episode 4: Shadow Work

     James uses his lunch break to scry on Ashley and divine her astrological connection to the missing Lancelot.

     NYPD detective and monster hunter Carla Sherman -- correction, the ghost of Carla Sherman -- is on the hunt for her nemesis in life, the Rat King. When her old partner on the force, George Mix, reaches out to trade a favor for new intel, she braves the daylight to meet with him. With her is her somewhat trusty guidebook written by dead contributors, The Book of the Garrulous Dead. When Ashley also arrives at the diner to meet a new client, a supernatural clash between divine and infernal forces ensues.

     James makes a proposition at work that his boss literally can’t refuse.
