The bill is sponsored by four Democratic Senators: Lisa Wellman from Mercer Island, Noel Frame from Seattle, T'wina Nobles from Pierce County, and Claire Wilson from Federal Way. Their argument? They say that because no 'real' child was involved in a Net Nanny sting, lifetime registration is 'excessive.
