In episode 2, we had Kimberly Eddings, HR Expert on as our guest, who has excelled in the various areas of HR and holds a list of major accomplishments from attending and doing impactful work at The Ohio State University and Cornell University (just to name a couple).  

 Kimberly provided valuable insight on the do's and don't of negotiating salaries, the when and where, and even the How!
