Mike Rob is an entrepreneur who took a different path to get to where he is now.  Mike didn't take the traditional route of going to college, taking business classes and participating in fancy internships.  He learned from the ground up, and most importantly with no support from friends, family, or the mobile detailing industry.

Mike takes us on wild journey of starting Passion Auto Care as a hobby, then turning it into a profitable business, and being a boss while still reporting to a boss. 

In episode 4, Mike gives valuable tips/strategies on how to keep motivated when your own "friends" and family don't support you, and how to never forget who the true day 1's are.
