Eleni is Head of Strategy and Operations at bloXroute Labs which solves the scalability bottleneck at layer-0. Prior to bloXroute, Eleni received her MBA at Yale where her studies focused on entrepreneurship and FinTech. Prior to that, she worked at the U.S. Export-Import Bank, first as a Presidential Management Fellow and then as the Budget Director. Eleni also completed brief details at the State Department and White House.

In this episode, we talked about scaling blockchains and why scalability is a networking problem. Eleni offered a unique perspective on the solution and described how this problem is solved by bloXroute's blockchain distribution network.
