During COVID Craig (and co-presenter, Lauren Sharp) created the ITAs - Internal Talent Awards - as a way of acknowledging and rewarding innovation and achievement within the industry. Between them, they also run the very successful podcast, TaPod, which has become a core part of the TA landscape here in Australia.
Craig's journey has been an interesting one and the insights he shares here are valuable.
