Utilities are reporting an increase in scammers trying to get money out of utility customers by threatening to turn off their power. Scammers are also targeting people who are out of work with fake job ads. The Oregon Health Authority warns of a significant increase in COVID-19 cases if Oregonians don't take masks and social distancing more seriously.
