Episode 17 is focusing on the mind.
The mind is the power house that controls our lives. You can be a prisoner of your mind or be totally liberated by your mind.
It is all about perception and how you interprete the events that happens in your life. If you view them as negative and gloomy that is what you get but when you see the best out of every experience and decide to pick the lesson from every event then you can have a better and positive outcome on life.
Thanks for listening.
