As part of her apprenticeship, Vella is developing the Fantastical Summer anthology. With this project, she gets to put all of the skills she’s learned about book production to work. She developed the idea, is currently producing the book, and will also release and market the book. Before she started, she couldn’t have done any of this. With guidance and support, she’s growing through the process and stepping into new responsibilities.
