Pantera/Down/Superjoint Ritual frontman,  Phil Anselmo, was caught on video saying and doing something INCREDIBLY racist .  

It  wasn't the first time he said or did something INCREDIBLY racist , but it's definitely the most publicized time.

Afterwards, he apologized.
