Scent of a Woman

Listen Later

This week we are reviewing the 1992 American drama film Scent of a Woman starring Al Pacino in his Oscar winning role as a blind, depressed and irritable retired Army Lieutenant colonel. Chris O'Donnell was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role as his weekend companion / assistant.

We really enjoyed discussing this movie.  While it has not aged well Al Pacino's Oscar winning performance and several incredibly powerful scenes make it worth including

on our list.

The Aussie thought Al Pacino 's performance was put on and that Chris O'Donnell is maybe "the most boring actor in Hollywood". But he does say "with respect first!"

The Scotsman tries to convince him otherwise and the Aussie sheds a tear late in the podcast when discussing a very emotive scene.
