to achieve your milestones, create progress, and do it with style!

Use one key piece of information from commercial contract documents that is typically overlooked, disregarded, and sometimes not even used to get the job done.

Use a  contract schedule to plan your activities, stay ahead,  hold others accountable, and accelerate your career.

1. Save and print the project schedule.
2. Highlight every direct electrical activity. Some important ones are:
3. Duct bank
4. Electric room buildout
5. Overhead & in wall rough
6. Install light fixtures
7. Permanent power date
8. Inspections 
9. Substantial completion date.
10. Highlight predecessor activity (e.g. excavation before duct bank installation)
11. Write in missing/omitted electrical activities
12. Verify activity durations 

Plan the tasks you need to accomplish around the other trades.
