Hey everyone! It's a little different this week.

Last week we announced that, for now, The Substance will be transitioning to a biweekly release schedule. We love doing the podcast and putting it out for free but we all have a lot more responsibilities than we did when we relaunched and in order to continue to put out biblical, thoughtful, human, and substantive content on a regular basis we needed to make this change. Episode 102 will come out next week and we will be on an every other week release schedule going forward for the time being!

In the meantime, we have a library of 100+ episodes that are designed to be evergreen. Feel free to go back and check out the episodes you may have missed and share them with your friends & family who would appreciate them.
