To begin the episode, Ryan talks about the cancellation of SAU baseball’s weekend series. Then, he covers the continued success of softball’s early season. After reviewing the track and field team preparing for nationals, Ryan concludes the first half with an update on three victories for the cheer team. 

After a station break, it’s a season preview of the men’s lacrosse team, and an update on the men’s volleyball season. To conclude the episode, Ryan discusses the elimination of women’s basketball from postseason contention, and the last chance efforts for the men’s team.
