Carla Epler is the COO of Schmidt’s Sausage Haus, which was established in 1886 by J. Fred Schmidt, and it has been a staple of German food in Columbus ever since. Carla has been working at Schmidt’s since 1987, and she is also the executive director for Columbus Oktoberfest.
