In these episodes we talk to past and present Florence Nightingale Foundation scholars and chat about why they wanted to be scholars and their leadership journey

Julia has  been a nurse for 35 years and her current position is Assistant Director of Nursing in a Community Trust focusing on quality, patient safety and workforce development. Her passions are in Community Nursing, learning and development and psychological safety.She is a qualified District Nurse and Queens Nurse alongside being a Florence Nightingale emerging leader scholar for 2021. She is  passionate, motivated and feels very strongly about visible leadership and its importance in the work place.
