At least one school district says it'll fight back against what it calls false accusations by Missouri's Attorney General. A lawyer representing Hazelwood Schools tells KMOX the district is considering seeking action against Andrew Bailey from the group which licenses attorneys.

Bailey claims diversity and inclusion initiatives resulted in the recent brutal beating of a teenage student.  District attorney Cindy Ormsby sent a response and talked with KMOX about why it was SO scathing, and what could come next.
