Season 3 - Episode 4

School's Out - Active Learning

with Andrew Gibbons

Andrew Gibbons is a coach and consultant who is fascinated by LEARNING - in our businesses, in our teams and as individuals. Andrew has over four decades of working in the coaching industry, is a podcast host, and the creator of the Learning Locker Group. He is of course also committed to his own learning having kept a handwritten learning log since 1987 - 1.5 million words and counting! Andrew certainly believes that ‘everyday is a school day’ and that we all have the ability to continuously learn, grow and develop - his work is all about the HOW. In today's conversation we explore why ACTIVE LEARNING and rewarding those who commit to it, should be the new norm - and that this is the true key to creating exceptional leaders.
