Only on the "CBS This Morning" podcast, we visit the "Food: Bigger Than The Plate" exhibit, which opened over the weekend at London's Victoria and Albert Museum. CBS News London-based producer Erin Lyall spoke with co-curator May Rosenthal Sloan and Helene Steiner, who oversees two innovative projects within the exhibition. They discuss how innovators sustainably grow, use, consume and recycle food in creative ways. Steiner explains how she has taken microbes from humans and turned them into cheese (for real!) and her other project that allows visitors to communicate with plants using electrodes and light. They also explain why the exhibit - which seems to belong in a science museum - qualifies as art.
