In this week's episode my incredible guest is part of several minorities, but that hasn't diminished her drive to achieve.  She believes that success has nothing to do with grades, but is all about being a positive influence in the lives of others - helping and understanding people and giving back.  For her there is no challenge too great.  Attitude is everything to my guest and surrounding herself with people who want to learn; cutting out everything that prevents her from being her best self.
