Digital Media isn't often discussed as a major subject (usually considered elective) and, being a collaborative, physical process, it is hard to make it work in remote learning. This week we talk to Scott, a Victorian Secondary teacher and Media expert with an approach to teaching that employs the theory alongside practical work in very unique applications. We hear about his approach to mentoring a Pre-Service Teacher during their practice, pivoting during a difficult time in the world and how that pivot benefited the students and the PST.
