In this episode, Scott interviews Britton about his career in addiction/recovery case management. Britton employs the in-home case management model with his company Active Recovery Network, founded in 2012. It's a clinically informed case management and coaching curriculum. The way it works is by helping those in the program cultivate their needs and feelings, literacy, understanding of what their values are, and ultimately reinspiring then to some of their hopes and goals in their life.
