Marty and Lachie's lists aren't the same (what a shock), so they discuss their personal preferences and reasoning behind choosing the likes of Scott Robertson and Joe Schmidt. They also touch on the differences in resources and challenges these coaches have and continue to face, from international success to domestic achievements.
