Scott Stevens is an award winning television weatherman.  He began investigating a hunch that North America was experiencing a weather phenomenon that was beyond nature.  He believed our weather was being modified by a human force that historically goes back more than 75 years.  These bizarre weather patterns and cloud formations were a concern and he set out with his own funding to investigate and find out more.  Tonight he reveals who is manipulating the weather and why.
