Scott Weygand is a Chelsea City Councilor and the owner of Weygand Insurance Agency. He is also the owner and developer of Chelsea Reserve, Chelsea's newest residential development. Scott serves on Chelsea's planning commission where he has recently worked to create an overlay district for Chelsea's Highway 280 corridor to provide guidance for future commercial developments. Scott recently sat down with Chelsea CentrAL to discuss annexations, residential and commercial development, planning and zoning, road maintenance, and Chelsea's desire to purchase Shelby Ridge Utility's private sewer system.
