Scott believes real experience is what you need to get to the next level, the next chapter of your life. After all, knowledge and education can be found everywhere, its easy to find, but real life experience only comes from exactly that, from those that have had the experience themselves in business success.
Scott's advice is to utilise goal setting as your primary business building tool. Set the goals "Action goals" that will get you to where you are wanting to go. Scott also believes that we need to be working on what next years goals are, looking into the future to what you are wanting to achieve and working towards making those goals a reality.
