Today, we are going to tackle issues of free speech, shot mandates and the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. 

Mark’s guest, Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver, recently argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in Shurtleff v. City of Boston, that the City of Boston violated the Constitution by censoring a private flag in a public forum open to “all applicants” merely because the application referred to it as a “Christian flag.”

Additionally, Liberty Counsel is defending service members who have been denied religious exemptions from the Biden administration’s military COVID shot mandates.

Finally, Mat weighs in on the most important case before the US Supreme Court, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. In short, based on the oral arguments before the court Mat believes they will overturn Roe.

Mat also shares his views on the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
