The Supreme Court just handed President Trump his biggest legal defeat since returning to the White House - and it might cost the government 200 billion dollars. In a 6-3 Mega Decision, the Court ruled that the President cannot use emergency powers to unilaterally tax the world. Chief Justice Roberts just drew a line in the sand on the “power of the purse,” but with $200 billion already collected, the real chaos is only just beginning. Is your wallet about to get a refund, or is a trade war still inevitable?
