About our guest host: Andrew Bowser is a filmmaker, actor, writer, and internet personality, best known for his horror-comedy alter ego, Onyx the Fortuitous. His feature film, Onyx the Fortuitous and the Talisman of Souls, premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival after being successfully funded through Kickstarter.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, Andrew has directed branded content for Nerdist and collaborated with major names like Funny or Die, Blumhouse, and Warner Bros. At the same time, he’s built a strong online presence, amassing over 250,000 subscribers on YouTube and more than 1 million followers on TikTok. Andrew is widely recognized for his unique blend of genres, viral video content, and passion for independent filmmaking.
