Turns out technically you can scream fire in a theater, as long as doing so doesn't incite a riot. That said, sometimes starting a riot will be overlooked if the ends justify the means... In the case of YouTube, apparently if you put butts in the seat so to speak, gratuitous behavior can be overlooked. It's not about what you say it's about what you do and in this case YouTube's actions speak louder then someone else's words...
