Might be an unpopular opinion.. but I say SCREW those new year's resolutions! I don't mean screw goal setting, I just mean screw that arbitrary timeline that everyone pressures you into thinking you have to meet. Screw the never ending cycle of setting a goal "just because" it's the new year. Listen in to hear my perspective and a strategy that may work better for you.
