Jim Shoopack discussed his journey with his mental health. From being perfectly mentally healthy one day to suffering from clinical depression. He also talked about his process of getting help and the stigmas that surround getting professional help for depression. Jim has now made it a mission to run 100 marathons to take back the 100 days depression took away from him.

She also shared her stories of her exploring the world through volunteering to build schools and more! Although Tiffany had her struggles she got out of her comfort zone and is doing amazing work and making the world a better place. This episode is definitely an inspiring one to listen to!
