The Rugby Minds programme aims to shed light on commonly overlooked issues on and off the rugby pitch, and campaign to better the welfare and culture in all rugby teams at the University of Nottingham.

Charlie and Adanna chat about their experiences in Rugby Minds, the influence it's having on members of their respective clubs as well as plans for the future.
