I had a great conversation with Gartfield Kwofie who is currently working in the Deal Advisory team at KPMG.  Gartfield is a very determined young man who has displayed boldness from a young age and there is so much for us all to learn from him. We talk about:

- Founding a Start-up in Ghana through which he will be meeting ministers to discuss his vision;

- Meeting the CEO Barclays and how he was able to network his way to an internship opportunity;

- Creating his own opportunities; working in the MP surgery case and interning at KPMG Africa;

- Going from applying to 20 jobs a week to choosing between two big four companies and an investment bank;

- Working 21 hours a week in his final year of university
