The SEC may have had the first salvo in the next wave of conference expansion with the addition of Texas and Oklahoma but the Big Ten was laying in the weeds and on Thursday it was learned that USC and UCLA may be on the move. The news was first reported by Jon Wilner of the Pac-12 Hotline. After Wilner went public with the news, many others did their own digging to confirm the reports as the two major powers of Southern California were well on their way to leaving for the Big Ten as early as the start of the 2024 season.
