The Australian state of Queensland recently passed legislation that will force Catholic priests to break the seal of confession to report known or suspected sexual abuse. 

Reverend Kevin McGovern is one of many Australian priests who have said they would choose prison over violating the seal of confession, and he joins me on the program.
