In this episode, I talk with my friend Sean Spector who is a serial entrepreneur and has been building businesses for over 20 years. He has had many ups and downs but now he's focused on building masterminds with small groups comprised of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and other business owners who gather together to help each other succeed and take their business to the next level.

Many times he said his friends and family would doubt and discourage him saying "Sean's just trying to live the dream" or make it seem like his dreams are unbelievable or too far off to achieve.
But Sean says his turning point was when he surrounded himself with like-minded entrepreneurs who were also building their business and dream together.
It really helps to be part of a community and support group that is focused on doing the same thing even when others around you might not understand and that's why it's so important to be part of a mastermind or small group where everyone is achieving their goals together and keeping each other accountable.
