In this episode, I spoke with Isaac Moran. He is a Melbourne based session guitarist, Teacher, Dad & all round amazing human. 

He like 1 in 5 of us Australians suffer with a mental illness. During this episode we get to know a little about how it was growing up in the commission flats and how he found music as well as getting inside the mind during some hard times.

In this particular episode Isaac talks about his struggle with anxiety, his relationship with his Father and how he got him self out of the darkest of holes.
