Humanitarian aid organisation, Gift of the Givers, say they have combined search operations with the police and provincial government after last week’s devastating floods in the Eastern Cape. Yesterday, emergency service teams recovered two bodies in Mthatha. The death toll is currently 88 with 83 bodies being successfully identified.
