Kamaka Dias is the host of Hawaiiverse Podcast and a Hilo boy who completed “The Race to 50k” — paying off $50,000 of college debt in less than a year by volunteering to help people in need. In this episode we talk about growing up in Hawaiian immersion schools, volunteering in the Peace Corps, some of the random things he did to raise $50,000 and starting Hawaiiverse Podcast.
