Roger Lam is a social entrepreneur based in Indonesia. Born and raised in Atlanta, relocated to California for seminary and briefly served as a pastor. A devoted Christian and a family man married for 17 years with four kids. A founder & owner of a java adventure company. His view of leadership helps him to see things through; see it and create a plan for them.
