Justin and Tom Park - co-founders of Honolulu’s Bar Leather Apron - hold the title of having the most outstanding bar in the country. The cocktail bar won Hawaii’s first National James Beard Award earlier this summer. The award is presented to a wine bar, beer bar, cocktail bar, coffee bar, or any other business whose primary offering is beverages. They have also been named one of the Top 50 bars in the US by World’s Best Bars for the second year in a row.
