This year of Covid has been especially challenging for county governments. Julie discusses the difficult issues counties have faced and are still dealing with in terms of public health and human services. But it’s not all bad as she discusses how this time has also spurred a revolution in how our counties deliver services and how these changes may stick around once the pandemic has passed.
