Healing is never an easy road to walk on in fact it is one of the riskiest things I have ever done in my life. It's like I walked into a danger zone within myself, and once I have begun I could not turn it off if I wanted to. Healing ❤️‍🩹 is one of the things you have no control over once you hand your pain over to God wholeheartedly. It's like you are removed from the driver's side of your pain, and you are given a ticket to watch yourself be birthed into this new person.

I just want to tell myself thank you for allowing the little girl to heal and unpack a lifetime full of pain and discomfort. XO
