In this episode, we discuss our experiences with being in interracial mentorship/discipleship relationships. As we’ve both been in a number varying types of mentorship/discipleship relationships, we speak from our experiences and share tools that have been helpful. We talk from our perspectives of being mentees and mentors in regards to this conversation. We also discuss the role that allyship could play in interracial mentorship and discipleship.
