On this week's episode we celebrate the last Sunday in Black History Month by sharing a little bit of our own personal history. Because of the nature of the content on this episode we wanted to issue a trigger warning as we discuss abuse and other traumas we have faced. This was definitely therapeutic for us and our hope is that whoever is listening will always be encouraged to keep pushing through obstacles they may face.
