Malicious prosecution is an incredibly high bar to prove. I want to be clear that Meghan Scott has not been disciplined for misconduct in this case, and the only investigation into the issue has been my own. It is my opinion, based on the transcripts, that this prosecutor abused her power seeking to pile on as many charges as possible, some of which undermined her own case.
