Have you ever heard of tapping? This is a technique used to reduce anxiety by accessing energy points in the body and increasing positive energy flow. It comes from the ancient practice of acupuncture, which also works to create proper energy flow based on certain energy points in the body. The improved flow of energy decreases anxious feelings. You will use your fingertips to tap on certain areas of the body to release negative energy and negative thoughts that are stuck in your head.
