You've taught like a bosse for the last ten months, now it's time to take care of yourself like a bosse...and the June episode is packed full of suggestions for self-care and wellness. This unique episode is a compilation of three different interviews on three different topics.FITNESS: Mark Keown chats with Julie Mathieson, VCI high school teacher and fitness instructor, about the importance of adding physical fitness into your daily life. Julie shares suggestions for establishing a routine as well as activities to try. Julie owns FORM Studio outside of Virden, and offers a variety of fitness classes.
